Our first shop, located in the heart of downtown Louisville, Colorado, opened it's barn door to the louisville community in 2010. Our flavor board features 24 flavors daily - 10 staples available year-round, and 14 flavors (3 vegan options for the non-dairy folks) that rotate on the regular.
